About The Position
The Department of Health is responsible for health services and social programming in Nunavut. Staff at the Department of Health work to improve the health and well-being of Nunavummiut by addressing the differing needs of each community through culturally appropriate programs and services. The Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Department, is a member of a multi-disciplinary team. This position is responsible for assessing patient health status and responding to actual and potential health problems including emergent and critical situations on an ongoing basis.
