About The Position

Requirements
- Active and unrestricted New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of three (3) years of Registered Nurse experience.
- Ability to begin employment within 30 days.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and emergency assessment skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
- Previous emergency department or trauma care experience.
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
