About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) to join a leading healthcare organization in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $75,000 – $100,000 annually and is ideal for experienced nurses looking to further their emergency medicine career. Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Registered Nurse experience.
  • Ability to begin employment within 30 days.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and emergency assessment skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
  • Previous emergency department or trauma care experience.
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
