About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Room (ER) for a 13-week travel assignment in Coos Bay, OR. This position involves night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The role requires the application of the nursing process to patient care within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Key responsibilities include patient and family education, documenting patient care in the medical record, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care coordination.

Requirements

Must have recent (in the past 2 years) acute care hospital experience
Must have 2 years experience of emergency department experience
Must have Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
Must have Active PALS Certification
Must have TNCC certification
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
Effective team skills, including interaction, support, and respect are required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
Must be able to work independently/hit the ground running
Able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively
Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
Drug screen and background check (facility required)
