About The Position

This role involves driving life-saving interventions by implementing and adapting patient care plans in real-time within a fast-paced emergency environment. The Registered Nurse will champion the patient’s journey by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (Physicians, Specialists, and Techs) to ensure seamless, high-quality transitions of care. They will monitor and interpret complex patient conditions, acting as the primary advocate by communicating critical status changes to the medical team immediately. Additionally, the nurse will orchestrate comprehensive discharge and follow-up strategies to ensure patients and their families are supported and prepared for the next stage of recovery.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
