About The Position

Hedrick Medical Center is looking for an experienced RN to join their tight-knit Emergency Department Team. This is a Full Time Night position with 12-hour shifts. The role involves delivering safe, high-quality nursing care using the nursing process, coordinating and implementing the plan of care for assigned patients, and delegating appropriate tasks with supervision to other patient care staff. Collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals is key to achieving optimal patient outcomes. The nurse will ensure documentation and care practices comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, demonstrating clinical proficiency and maintaining professional standards.

Requirements

1 year Registered Nurse experience
Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
Associate Degree

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care using the nursing process.
