About The Position
The Emergency Department at CVPH has 29 beds, 4 beds in the Behavioral Decision Unit, and 7 beds in Fast Track. Registered Nurses are supported in obtaining and maintaining their TNCC certification. University of Vermont Health - Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital boasts 300 inpatient beds, inpatient acute rooms that are all private, and a Skilled Nursing Facility. The main hospital sits on a plush 45-acre campus complete with ponds and walking paths. We’re proud to offer a full-spectrum of health care services to our rural communities in Northern New York to keep care as close to home as possible.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse
- TNCC certification (supported for obtaining and maintaining)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Support patients in obtaining and maintaining TNCC certification.
