About The Position
This position involves providing comprehensive care in a dynamic emergency department environment. The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for managing patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing advanced medical technologies to address a variety of patient needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of emergency department experience for traditional travelers
- Minimum of 4 years of experience for Clinical Advanced Practitioners
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) or Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification
- Strong general emergency department skills
- Effective communication skills and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
