Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
Active Montana RN License required
BLS Certification required
COVID-19 Vaccination
ACLS & PALS (within 6 months of hire)
TNCC & ENPC (within 1 year of hire)

Nice To Haves

CEN Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect professional nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting with strong clinical judgment and minimal supervision.
Perform rapid and accurate patient triage for all patients presented for emergency care
Collect and evaluate assessment data, prioritize patient care, and implement appropriate interventions based on identified physical and psychosocial needs while supporting efficient patient flow throughout the system
Monitor patient responses to treatments and interventions, evaluating effectiveness and adjusting care as needed
Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and Emergency Department physicians regarding patient status, clinical findings, diagnostic results, and patient flow.
Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition, treatment responses, and evolving patient care needs within the department
Support efficient patient flow throughout the department
Accurately document all patient care and clinical findings
