As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide compassionate, quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will support patients and their families by delivering expert care, educating them on health matters, and coordinating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Minimum 1+ years of clinical experience in an Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit setting
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
- Maintain certifications and stay current with clinical knowledge and best practices.
