About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses for an upcoming assignment at a newly opening freestanding emergency facility. Selected candidates will complete orientation and training at a main hospital location prior to the facility’s launch. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical judgment and the ability to handle both adult and pediatric cases.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of recent, well-rounded Emergency Department experience (adult & pediatric)
- Active RN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Nice To Haves
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for a diverse patient population (adult and pediatric)
- Respond quickly to emergency situations and prioritize care effectively
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards
