About The Position

Deliver high-acuity nursing care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every patient receives immediate, life-saving interventions and compassionate support. Coordinate the multidisciplinary care team to provide a seamless and holistic experience for patients from arrival through stabilization. Monitor and communicate real-time changes in patient conditions to the medical team, serving as the critical eyes and ears that drive clinical decision-making. Lead the discharge and transition process by collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patients and families are fully prepared for the next step in their recovery.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
