About The Position

Deliver direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring safe, high-quality clinical care and positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Implement and monitor patient care plans, assessing patient conditions and communicating updates to support effective treatment, recovery, and continuity of care. Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to improve care coordination, patient safety, and overall patient experience throughout the healthcare continuum. Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR), supporting clinical documentation, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
