Requirements

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring safe, high-quality clinical care and positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans, assessing patient conditions and communicating updates to support effective treatment, recovery, and continuity of care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to improve care coordination, patient safety, and overall patient experience throughout the healthcare continuum.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR), supporting clinical documentation, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
