About The Position
ED RN - Pay Rate: $60+ an hour - Night Shift WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. This role involves providing immediate assessment and care to patients in emergency situations, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and delivering compassionate patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. This is a 13-week contract position based in Lowville, NY. The schedule includes night shifts, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday required. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Emergency Room or Critical Care nursing.
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize patient care effectively.
