Requirements

  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • 1 year + of ER RN experience
  • BSN

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in accordance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality improvement guidelines.
  • Assess patient conditions, record changes, and communicate critical updates to the interdisciplinary team to support timely, coordinated care decisions.
  • Execute physician and nursing orders accurately while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety best practices.
  • Assess discharge planning needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe transitions, continuity of care, and positive patient outcomes.
