About The Position

The Registered Nurse Director Professional Development designs and launches comprehensive professional development programs that standardize clinical excellence and advance the organization’s strategic health goals. The role provides national support for system-level education in partnership with the Senior Director and collaborates with internal leaders and external stakeholders to create learning pathways suited to evolving patient-care needs. The position mentors and develops a high-performing team of educators and fosters continuous growth. It is remote with onsite travel, including potential travel of up to 50% to market locations in IL, IN, KS, TN, WI, TX, FL, MD, and OK.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure required before the hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credential from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) required within 18 months of the hire date or job transfer date.
• High school diploma equivalency and five years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience, including two years in leadership or management; OR an associate’s or bachelor’s degree and three years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience, including two years in leadership or management.
