Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree required).
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Dialysis RN experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing patient needs.

Responsibilities
- Perform general nursing duties, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Prepare and operate dialysis equipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments, promptly addressing any complications or concerns.
- Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, post-treatment care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment, patient progress, and medication administration.
- Support infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment in the dialysis unit.
