About The Position

Seeking a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience. The ideal candidate will possess a Montana or compact RN License, BLS, and ACLS certifications. While CNOR and PALS are preferred, the core requirement is comfort and proficiency in performing a wide range of surgical procedures beyond just CVOR. This includes high-level neuro surgeries, Robotics (DaVinci XI and DV5), and pediatric cases. The nurse must also be comfortable with placing Swanz and central lines.

Requirements

• Montana or compact RN License
• 2 years of CVOR experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Comfortable placing Swanz and central lines
• Must be comfortable with all specialties in the OR, not just CV.
• Must be comfortable with high level neuro surgeries.
• Must be comfortable with Robotics (DaVinci XI and DV5).
• Must be comfortable with pediatric cases.

Nice To Haves

• CNOR certification
• PALS certification

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting.
• Assist with high-level neuro surgeries.
• Operate and assist with Robotic surgeries (DaVinci XI and DV5).
• Provide care during pediatric surgical cases.
• Place Swanz and central lines.
• Be comfortable with all specialties within the Operating Room, not exclusively CVOR.
