About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care for a 13-week travel assignment in Great Barrington, MA. This position involves providing care in a 20-bed Critical Care unit with a patient ratio of 1:2. The role requires independent functioning under general guidance, utilizing time management, communication, planning, delegating, and problem-solving skills. Critical thinking, emotional stability in emergency settings, and adherence to unit-specific guidelines and protocols are essential.

Requirements

2 years current Critical Care experience
Vent, ICP Monitoring and Hemodynamic Monitoring is required
Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred
IV qualifications [required]
Must have Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Travelers MUST have their own vehicle for this need

Nice To Haves

Active Trauma Nursing Core Course / TNCC is preferred
Active Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization Course (PEARS) Certification / PEARS is preferred
Active American Heart Association / PALS is preferred
Bachelor of Science in Nursing / BSN is preferred
