About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking Registered Nurses for its Critical Care Transport team in Frankfort. This role is for full-time, rotating shifts. IU Health LifeLine's Critical Care Division provides advanced care, transport, and treatment services in both emergency and non-emergency situations. Utilizing a comprehensive air and ground fleet, including advanced helicopters and Mobile Intensive Care Units (MICUs), LifeLine teams provide the highest standard of care across Indiana, Eastern Illinois, and Western Ohio. All team members receive Crew Resource Management (CRM) training to ensure safe and efficient operations in a dynamic transport environment. Requirements

  • Associates of Nursing (ASN) required.
  • Current state of Indiana license as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program required. (Exceptions: Candidates with >2 years acute care experience may be considered, subject to CNO approval).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant Adult ICU nursing experience required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA required.
  • Valid Indiana Driver's license with no more than 6 accrued points required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
