About The Position

Train for the RN Career of Your Dreams! Are you a Registered Nurse who is interested in advancing your career into a specialty of Critical Care nursing or a new grad that did rotations in or a preceptorship in the ICU unit and thought, “Yes, please!”, this program is for you. This is a full-time, 12-week training program offering a mix of didactic learning and clinical preceptorship. You will be compensated for training hours and will be benefit-eligible.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers

Nice To Haves

• Rotations in or a preceptorship in the ICU unit
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025. Employees hired or promoted prior to this date will be held to the minimum requirements that were in place at the time of their promotion or hire.

• Lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients
• Bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment
• Walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients
• Obtain and distribute supplies and equipment
• Push/pull gurneys and portable equipment
• Navigate crowded and busy rooms
• Stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time
• Drive a vehicle (for roles requiring driving)
