About The Position
Hillcrest Hospital is seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse for a night shift ICU position. Candidates must have strong recent ICU experience and a solid permanent critical care background prior to travel assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 Months of Recent ICU/Critical Care Experience
- Minimum 18 Months of Permanent ICU Experience Prior to Any Travel Assignments
- Active Ohio RN License or Compact State RN License (Required at Submission)
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- Successfully complete ECG Rhythm Recognition Test during orientation
- Successfully complete SafeMedicate Assessment during orientation
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients
- Perform advanced patient assessments and continuous monitoring
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and critical care treatments
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary critical care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adhere to ICU protocols, patient safety standards, and evidence-based practices
