About The Position

MidState Medical Center is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for our ICU units across multiple hours and shifts. At MidState Medical Center, we don’t just take great care of our patients; we take great care of our ICU Registered Nurses too. Our ICU Registered Nurses have the opportunity to practice at the top of their license, using research, innovation and evidence-based practices. We offer our Registered Nurses clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities as you complete your ICU Nurse Residency.

Requirements

• ASN/BSN Minimum Requirements
• Current RN license in state of Connecticut
• Must have previous RN experience
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume environment.
• Self-directed in the management of patient care.
• Independent problem solving skills.
