About The Position

These positions are for hospital float pool staff and will be expected to float throughout the hospital, including the Emergency Department, ER hold, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Stepdown/PCU units. This is a float pool position with nurse-to-patient ratios up to 1:6 in Med-Surg. Candidates must be flexible due to pool staffing and cannot make block schedule requests. Once a candidate is signed and confirmed, the manager has 48 hours to review the profile and determine if the unit, schedule, and expertise fit. Aya Offer is only available if the clinical pass is within RTO guidelines and meets specific facility requirements. Full compliance is required to start on time; non-compliance will result in a two-week delay due to bi-weekly orientation schedules. Locals are accepted at the same rate. The number of non-billable orientation hours is determined by the contract length.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Must be flexible with scheduling.
Must be able to float to various units including ED, ER hold, Med-Surg, Telemetry, and Stepdown/PCU.
Must be able to work every other weekend.
Must be able to work holidays as assigned.
Must complete full compliance requirements.
Must have a maximum of 7 days for Return to Office (RTO).
