About The Position

As an RN in our Critical Care Float Pool WOW Program (Work on Weekends), you will be unit-based and required to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $50/hour plus a $4 night shift differential.

Requirements

Current RN License
ACLS certification
Minimum of two recent years of Telemetry experience
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a strong customer service focus.
Strong assessment, organizational and problem-solving skills as evidenced by the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and role components required.
Ability to function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team and patients, and their families.
Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
