About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) - Coordinator Specialty Programs position is a full-time role (40 hours/week) located in Elmhurst, IL. The role involves the coordination of applicable program(s) and other initiatives, with responsibility and accountability for these programs. The RN will provide clinical and administrative leadership in patient care across the care continuum, coordinating and evaluating operations and clinical program processes to ensure quality patient care delivery. This role also assists leadership in establishing program goals focused on patient-centered quality care, patient satisfaction, and cost-efficient care, and has direct oversight and responsibility for applicable program regulatory accreditation.

Requirements

Current Illinois RN licensure
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress
Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing and repetitive use of hands
Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal

Responsibilities
