About The Position
The Transfer Center RN Clinical Coordinator coordinates a patient-centered admission process for patients transferring into the Abrazo Community Health Network/Carondelet System ensuring placement in an appropriate level of care bed and financial screening per EMTALA regulations. The RN Clinical Coordinator employs critical thinking skills to expedite admissions into ACHN/Carondelet while demonstrating ACHN/Carondelet’s Mission, Vision, Values and Service Standards in all interactions with referring facilities, physicians, employees and guests. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
