About The Position
This position leads clinical excellence by developing specialty standards and therapy programs that directly improve patient outcomes and safety. The role empowers the nursing team as a primary clinical mentor, providing the guidance and policy expertise needed for staff to deliver peak performance. It optimizes care delivery by managing the essential resources and specialized equipment required for seamless, high-quality treatment. The role also drives documentation integrity by maintaining precise, compliant records that ensure a clear and accurate patient care journey.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
Nice To Haves
- 2-3 years nursing experience
- Neurology and/or Psych experience highly preferred
