Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with one year of specialized experience in Electrophysiology and current BLS certification.
  • Highly organized professional with a proven ability to multitask and communicate effectively while maintaining flexibility across diverse clinical roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of patient care programs and therapy plans, acting as a trusted resource for nursing staff to elevate clinical standards and policies.
  • Oversee the daily execution of care plans, proactively securing the necessary resources and medical equipment ordered for patient treatment.
  • Direct and support nursing team members as needed to maintain high-quality care delivery and cohesive teamwork.
  • Coordinate, assemble, and manage required clinical documentation to ensure a seamless, high-quality record of the patient's care journey.
