About The Position
AdvisaCare is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead their Kalamazoo/Portage office. This role offers significant growth potential within a team-centric environment where expertise is valued and career growth is prioritized. The position is primarily office-based (Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm) but includes routine supervisory visits and occasional field support to stay connected to patient care.
Requirements
- Current MI State Registered Nurse License
- TB test
- CPR
- Reliable transportation
- MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance
- Experience with Assessments, Medication set-up & Management
- Current and reliable cell phone and be easily reachable
- Prior clinical supervision experience with field staff and client supervisory visits
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Able to travel within a 50 mile radius in Kalamazoo County
- Available for after-hours calls or weekend support if needed

- experience with Wounds is a plus
