RN/LPN Private Duty
About The Position
Freedom Plaza is recruiting for a hospitality-focused RN or LPN to join their team. This position provides direct nursing care to residents in private duty. This is a PRN position with a wage of $30.00/hour for LPNs and $32.00/hour for RNs. The role involves working a flexible schedule in the relaxed atmosphere of the private duty program at Freedom Plaza senior living community. The opportunity allows nurses to use their clinical skills to make a difference in the lives of older adults by providing personalized, one-on-one nursing support and guidance. Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to exceptional resident care
Nice To Haves
- Previous senior living, home care, or community-based nursing experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Complete nursing assessments and evaluations
- Develop individualized care plans
- Perform medication box fills and medication management services
- Conduct supervisory visits and ongoing resident monitoring
- Communicate and collaborate with residents, families, and community staff
- Support residents in maintaining independence, wellness, and quality of life
