About The Position

This role involves leading daily clinical operations within the Mother-Baby Unit to ensure a seamless flow for patients and medical providers. The Clinical Lead will mentor and train incoming staff, acting as a hands-on technical resource and performing clinical duties when needed. A key responsibility is ensuring clinical excellence by monitoring workflows and compliance, and shaping the future of the unit by designing and implementing clinical procedures to improve care delivery.

Requirements

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
• Minimum 1 year acute care Charge RN experience on a Mother-Baby Unit required.

Nice To Haves

• Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) preferred.
