Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator (RN) - Cardiovascular
About The Position
Coordinates the Cardiovascular Program for the entire Carondelet Health Network; performs project coordination. Provides leadership and coordination of registry guidelines and performance improvement. Develops training/education program to ensure future staff needs and facilitate professional growth of existing staff. Coordinates programs to ensure patient quality outcomes and quality assurance are maintained. Ensures regulatory compliance; facilitates external and internal data collection and analysis; and promotes patient and physician satisfaction. Assists Director(s) in ensuring both inter- and intra-hospital communication and collaboration. Assists in Cardiovascular Program marketing and involvement in community events and partnerships. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Cardiovascular Program coordination
- Project coordination skills
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of registry guidelines and performance improvement
