Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day clinic operations.
  • Assist in meeting financial targets to increase productivity/revenue and reduce overall costs.
  • Assist in monitoring and preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff.
  • Apply progressive discipline when appropriate.
  • Participate in hiring and termination procedures.
  • Establish staffing patterns with physician schedules.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement projects that improve quality, efficiency of care, patient satisfaction and positive outcomes.
  • Assist with the development of a marketing plan.
