About The Position

This role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a pediatric ambulatory clinic setting. The Registered Nurse will manage and adapt personalized care plans by executing physician orders and monitoring progress. They will also lead multidisciplinary collaboration, acting as a central coordinator across clinical specialties to ensure a seamless, holistic care experience. Additionally, the nurse will champion seamless patient transitions by assessing and coordinating discharge needs early.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

Nice To Haves

Two years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience, specifically within a pediatric outpatient clinic setting.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively support diverse patient populations.
