About The Position

This role involves leading holistic patient care by delivering direct, evidence-based nursing interventions aligned with the highest standards of clinical excellence. The nurse will monitor and advocate for patient health by actively tracking vital indicators, evaluating care plans, and collaborating with the medical team as needs evolve. The position also drives multidisciplinary collaboration as the primary care coordinator, aligning doctors, specialists, and support teams to deliver a seamless patient experience. Additionally, the nurse will orchestrate safe discharge journeys by assessing post-care needs early and partnering with families and healthcare teams to ensure smooth transitions home.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
1 year of registered nurse (RN) experience.
