Requirements

Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
Valid and active RN Licensure in the State of Montana.
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and PALS certifications required.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective in project management and process improvement.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with leadership, staff, and community.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Able to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred.
Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred.
