About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse Charge RN PRN Days in the Surgery Department at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth. The hospital is a 222-bed full-service facility with various services including surgical, imaging, a 24-hour emergency department, orthopedics, critical care, and a Level III NICU. The hospital has been serving Tarrant County since 1987 and has a large staff of employees, volunteers, and physicians. It is a Pathway to Excellence® designated hospital, a UnitedHealth Premium Surgical Spine specialty center, and has earned Quality Respiratory Care Recognition.
Requirements
- 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
- RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly
- A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
