About The Position

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Centralized Triage in Skokie, IL. This full-time position involves providing nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians. Key responsibilities include phone triage, managing test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care, and patient education. The role also involves responding to patient messages via NorthShore Connect and charting in Epic, the electronic medical record system. Requirements

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required
BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
