Registered Nurse - Centralized Triage
About The Position
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Centralized Triage team. This full-time position involves providing nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians. Key responsibilities include phone triage, managing test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, patient education, and responding to electronic messages. The role requires charting in Epic, the electronic medical record system. The position is located in Skokie, IL, and requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Occasional travel to other sites may be necessary based on department needs.
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
- 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
