Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab (Days), Lawton, OK
About The Position
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab for a 13-week travel assignment in Lawton, OK. This role involves working in a complete Cath Lab that utilizes Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, and a General Surgeon, providing complete Cardiac and Peripheral Services. Procedures include Left Heart Cath, Right and Left Heart Cath, PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, and Atherectomy, Carotid diagnostic and stenting, Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures including Atherectomy, Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy. The Cath Lab RN will work an 8-hour day shift and rotate call during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, operating medical equipment, assisting with pre and post procedures, transporting patients, and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Cath Lab experience is required
- BLS(AHA) is required
- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
- Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

- Recent traveler experience is preferred
- ACLS (AHA) is preferred

Responsibilities
- Admitting and assessing patients
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring vital signs and symptoms
- Operating and tracking medical equipment
- Running and ordering tests
- Coordinating care with Physicians and Specialists
- Charting patient progress
- Monitoring patients in the Cath Lab
- Operating devices such as the Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and various coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices
- Monitoring LEXISCAN Stress Test
- Helping with pre and post area
- Transporting patients
- Assisting with duties as assigned
