About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Lawton, OK. This is a complete Cath Lab utilizing Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, and a General Surgeon, providing complete Cardiac and Peripheral Services in Southwest Oklahoma. The procedures include: Left Heart Cath, Right and Left Heart Cath, PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, and Atherectomy. Carotid diagnostic and stenting. Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures including Atherectomy. Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy. The Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist is to work an 8-hour day shift and rotate call during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires proficiency in various devices used in the Cath Lab, such as the Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and various coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices. The lab is equipped with two Siemens Artis Zee C-arms and utilizes McKesson CPACS, McKesson Cardiology, and the McKesson Hemodynamic System. The applicant will rotate between scrubbing and circulating procedures, which includes operating the xray equipment. Other duties include helping with pre and post area, transporting, assisting with inventory management and billing.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Cath Lab experience is required
  • BLS(AHA) is required
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Nice To Haves

  • Recent traveler experience is preferred
  • ACLS (AHA) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting cardiologists during cardiac catheterization procedures.
