About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab at a Short Term Acute Care Hospital in Saint Helena, CA. The assignment begins on 09/21/2026 and lasts for 13 weeks. Requirements

• Current California RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience in acute care or cath lab settings
• BLS required; ACLS required (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS acceptable)
• EPIC experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cath lab environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the cath lab and peri-procedural areas, following established nursing standards and policies.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, assess data, respond to clinical changes, and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with interventional cardiology, anesthesia, radiology, and nursing teams to plan and deliver coordinated care.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, ensure sterile technique, assist with procedures, and document interventions.
• Develop and execute care plans, participate in discharge planning, and educate patients and families about procedures and post-care.
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the medical record; contribute to a safe and healing environment.
