About The Position
Brookestone Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing team. This role involves providing one-on-one care to patients and families in the Holdrege area, helping them achieve independence, wellness, and comfort in their homes. The position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Home Health experience preferred, but not required
