Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
- 1 year Cardiovascular experience
Responsibilities
- Implement and track customized, evidence-based patient care plans.
- Record and communicate real-time clinical changes to the care team.
- Coordinate all disciplines to ensure seamless, holistic patient care.
- Precisely execute physician and nursing directives with clinical accuracy.
- Manage discharge planning to ensure safe and successful patient transitions.
