About The Position

This role involves leading the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence. The nurse will coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure patient care is seamless, holistic, and focused on the best possible clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include monitoring and interpreting patient conditions in real-time, acting as the vital link between the patient and the medical team through proactive communication and precise documentation. Additionally, the nurse will advocate for the patient’s journey by initiating and managing comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring a safe and successful transition from hospital to home.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience required.
