About The Position

HSHS is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Short Stay team at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI. In this vital role, the RN will provide direct pre- and post-operative nursing care for patients recovering from cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced Cardiac Short Stay Unit. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, highly organized, and adept at recognizing early signs of complications. They will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe discharges and optimal patient outcomes, while delivering compassionate care throughout the recovery process.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred.
