About The Position

This role involves leading the specialized recovery of patients following Cardiac, IR, and EP procedures, ensuring every intervention meets rigorous safety standards and clinical protocols. The nurse will monitor and evaluate post-procedural recovery in real-time, communicating vital clinical shifts to the care team for immediate response and personalized care adjustments. This position also coordinates as the central advocate between specialized disciplines to ensure a seamless care journey for both inpatient and outpatient populations, and manages the full discharge process, ensuring patients and families transition from the unit with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
