About The Position

Baptist South is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for our Cardiac PCU Nights. This role provides for patient needs as recognized through the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the mission statement; organization and supervision of care provided by supportive personnel; coordination of care provided by ancillary services. This includes educating patients and their families on their disease process and plan of care. The Registered Nurse serves as a patient advocate and is responsible for providing care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses. Diploma Nurses must have 5+ years of progressive care.

Requirements

Diploma Nurses must have 5+ years of progressive care.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Licensed Registered Nurse Required

Nice To Haves

1-2 years Cardiac Experience Preferred
1-2 years Telemetry Experience
Hospital Experience
