About The Position

Join a specialized team dedicated to advancing cardiovascular health through diagnostic excellence and compassionate patient care. As a Cardiac Non-Invasive RN, you'll play a critical role in supporting patients undergoing a variety of cardiac diagnostic and monitoring procedures, helping to identify and evaluate heart conditions while ensuring a safe, comfortable patient experience. This role combines strong clinical assessment skills, patient education, and collaboration with cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and cardiovascular specialists to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or another compact licensure state.

Nice To Haves

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• Previous cardiology, telemetry, critical care, or cardiovascular nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support for patients undergoing non-invasive cardiac testing and procedures.
• Assess patients, obtain health histories, and monitor patient status before, during, and after testing.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures such as stress testing, Holter monitoring, event monitoring, echocardiography, and other cardiovascular evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on testing procedures, results follow-up, and cardiovascular health management.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition using sound clinical judgment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
